Returns Policy

1. 10-Day Hardware Testing Warranty

All used and refurbished GPUs purchased from OLX (GPU Bazaar) come with a mandatory 10-Day Testing Warranty. If the GPU fails to output a display, crashes under heavy load, or exhibits hardware-level artifacts within 10 days of delivery, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The GPU must be in the exact condition it was received.
• All warranty void stickers and serial number stickers must be completely intact and untampered.
• Returns are not accepted for compatibility issues (e.g., your PSU cannot support the GPU, or it doesn't fit in your PC case). Please verify your system compatibility before ordering.
• Physical damage or water damage caused by the user will instantly void the return eligibility.

3. Return Process

If you encounter a hardware defect, contact our support team immediately. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your location. Once the GPU reaches our facility, it will undergo a technical inspection. If the defect is verified, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours to the original payment source.
